Weighing in at 129.8 today but only after a long mountain climb. Not bad, love to see that number under 130. Ate really well the last few days, mainly just garden food, but did have a big hamburger last night. It tasted soooooo good. Oh, and I’ve been only drinking water.
We had a great day, climbing a local mountain here in the Olympics. Even my 5 year old did AWESOME! Her legs are so strong, it amazes me. I think some people may think we push our kids too hard, or expect to much of them. But they loved the day, it was a wonderful family day. The confidence building of pushing ones self to summit a mountain is unlike any other feat. I am proud of my family. This is definitely part of living The Good Life With Kids.
