Harvesting Good Life Food

One cool thing about Homeschooling and living here is that part of the kids’ school includes the science of gardening!  Soil building, sowing, cultivating, harvesting etc.  Kyler absolutely loves gardening – and he’s really good at it.  He started all of our tomatoes, he is growing cucumbers, squash, pumpkin, gords and carrots.  He is keeping track of all of his hours spent in the garden, his experiments with hybridization, his harvest yields etc and this will be a high school science credit for him.  He will have a full notebook/portfolio full of his garden experiences!  Here are a few pictures:
