The miracle drink! Isaac has been doing this for a really long time but I have been pretty late in the game to get it on it. Actually, over the last few years I’ve had it as part of my routine here and there. But now I’m hooked. It’s a chia power drink. A couple TBL of Agave & lemon juice, 1 TBL of Chia seeds and 1 tsp of Spirulina. I actually added the spirulina as my own invention-I love green drinks 🙂 So, you let this set until the chia is all soaked up and Voila! A power drink!!! Sometimes I will have a cup or two of green tea right after lunch, then a bit after drink this drink. I like to nap between lunch and the drink. But then I wake up and drink it and go running 20 minutes later. It’s not a caffeine-like- buzz at all, just a constant stream of ability to keep going. Try it and see what you think.
